Letter to Nancy Pelosi

November 6, 2006

The Honorable Nancy Pelosi
Democratic Leader of the House of Representatives

RE: Jane Harman Should Go

Dear Mrs. Pelosi:

Please use your position as Democratic Leader of the House to remove Jane Harman as Ranking Member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Because she supports the out-of-control U.S. intelligence services, particular the CIA's deep involvement in state-sponsored terrorism, she should have no position of trust or authority in the House of Representatives.

In December of last year, I faxed the enclosed letter to her, pointing out the CIA's participation in the U.S. government's Visas for Terrorists Program, run out of its consulate at Jeddah. I named the principal spooks involved when I was there. These are some of the people who bear part of the responsibility for the loss of the World Trade Towers in New York City. To date, I have had no response from her. But I have read of her strong backing for George Bush's "War on Terror". I will be speaking soon about the Visas for Terrorists Program and would like to include your positive answer to the problem of Jane Harman.

Also enclosed are copies of the relevant pages from my diplomatic passport.

Sincerely yours,

J. Michael Springmann
Attorney & Counselor at Law
